Community Action Agency offers a full benefits package, to full-time employees (30 hours or more per week) which includes 13 paid holidays, sick, vacation and personal days, health insurance with a premium co-pay of only 10%, dental and vision, life insurance at no cost, a 403(b) retirement plan with a basic contribution of 4% with up to another 4% match and education reimbursement.
